• The Roses Heritage Inn is the longest running and largest Bed and Breakfast/Inn in St. John's.

• The Roses Heritage Inn consists of three stately Victorian houses in downtown St. John’s. It consists of 19 rooms – 17 with ensuite baths. Two rooms share one bathroom which is a family favourite.
• Features high ceilings, authentic antiques and local art, two decks, a lounge and breakfast room with outstanding views of St. John’s and the infamous Harbour
• Free wi – fi , multi station flat screen TV's in all rooms, free street parking with an inexpensive parking lot available.All Roses bookings receive a discount with Budget rent a car.
